i kinda sprained my wrist..i dunno how i did it, the doctor say it might be because when i was carrying heavy stuff i did not carry it properly or it might be when i use the computer mouse i too violent so i sprained my wrist unknowingly..gosh..this is not the first time this happened though..lol just that i did not see the doctor when i got it the previous times, maybe that's why this time it became rather bad....hahaha!!! so my hand kinda like swollen now..hahaha!!! the worse thing is that its my right hand that is injured..so many things i feel weird doing...esp when am bathing..lol..not used to doing things with my left hand..oh wells at least now i've seen the doctor hopefully it'll become better soon..
